My name is Leslie and my husband Alex (Victor) and I started this business in November 2013. Alex has been a cook and in the restaurant industry for years. He is from Lima, Peru and used his grandma's recipe of her traditional Peruvian baked empanada as the inspiration for Olano's Empanadas. Peruvian is the number one cuisine in the world currently, and we are so excited to share the flavors of Peru with the community of Kenosha (and beyond). Our love of food, family, and flavors is the foundation of our business and we are looking forward to the journey ahead!
