In this 4-part series you’ll acquire business modeling skills that will help you build your business and offering in a
way that: Is desirable to your most ideal customers, is easy for you to create and sell, and is profitable for your
company.
You will work through the key elements of your business model. Mentors and business experts will be available to
facilitate, provide feedback, and answer questions. You’ll walk away from each session having modeled, assessed,
and identified the best possible way for you to grow your business, deliver value to customers, and create impact for
you and your business!

All participants are expected to attend all 4 sessions!
Session 1: September 26th Noon – 2:00 PM Your Business Model – In this session, you will be introduced to the
Business Model Canvas, a tool to help you map out your entire business model on one sheet of paper.
Session 2: September 28th Noon – 2:00 PM Do Customers Want It? – In this session you will dig deeper to
determine how desirable your offer is in the market. Value Propositions, Customer Segments, Channels, Customer
Relationships, and “Product-Market Fit” will all be explored to determine whether your customers actually want
what you’re selling.
Session 3: October 3rd Noon – 2:00 PM Can You Deliver It? – In this session, you will learn how to determine if it
is feasible to create and deliver the value that you’re offering customers. Key Resources, Key Activities, and Key
Partners will be reviewed to see if you can deliver on your promise to customers.
Session 4: October 5th Noon – 2:00 PM Can You Make Money? – In the final session, you will learn how to look
at the financial viability of your business model. We will look at Cost Structure and Revenue Streams to determine
whether or not your business will actually be profitable.
