The objective of this micro-series is to empower founders, leaders, startups, and organizations with the tools and resources to create a sustainable foundation to their business culture. Research shows that a systematically-developed culture leads to greater success. Through building strong foundations, we will be able to build purpose-centered, mission-driven, internally aligned, and strategically strong sustainable companies and startups.
Harnessing, developing, and integrating an impactful and sustainable culture at the forefront of the entrepreneurial process will lead to:
- Improved Operational Performance
- Effective Teamwork & Organizational Alignment
- Increased Productivity
- Preparation for Growth
- Better goods and services designed
- Greater confidence from investors and the market
The purpose of your Cultural Compass is to stimulate visualizing and setting your direction and organizational strategy. Most root causes of toxic cultures come from misalignments within the organization. We’ve all heard of the traditional iceberg model – basically, this highlights the fact that what we see on the surface may not tell the entire story. Here, we will spend time diving into the deeper layers of our cultures and design the next layer of our cultural foundation, your mission.
