There are a number of factors that may make or break an organization but one of the most significant factors is the organization’s guiding values. This includes how people talk, what they spend their time doing, how they spend their time doing it, what gets covered in meetings, and most importantly, what is considered of higher importance than anything else. Guiding values are like a code of conduct – they are fundamental beliefs that guide you and your employee’s behavior. The key thing to keep in mind is that values are multi-dimensional. The task during this session is to rediscover them and integrate them into your culture.

He is passionate about facing organizational and societal challenges of today and redefining how companies utilize culture to sustain and grow over the long term.
