The nature and quality of the organization’s relationships with its key stakeholders is a key indicator of a thriving and sustainable organization. Stakeholder relationships include how and to what extent the organization understands, takes into account, and responds to their legitimate needs and interests. We know that value is not created by or within an organization alone; rather, it is created through relationships with others. Attending this session will assist you in understanding how stakeholders perceive value, the contexts through which deeper relationships can be developed, and the powers to build the ultimate cultural experience.
