Zech is a visionary thinker with an MBA in Organizational Design. He has studied culture, organizational effectiveness and design, and systems change through his MBA, certifications from Bersin Academy and u.lab: Leading From the Emerging Future. He continues his development by diving into studies, education, certifications, and books including a few favorites – Reinventing Organizations, Designing Regenerative Cultures, System Thinking for Social Change, Maps of Meaning, The Art of Gathering, Firms of Endearment, Start With Why, and many more. He is passionate about facing organizational and societal challenges of today and redefining how companies utilize culture to sustain and grow over the long term.
