Dr. Antonio Guajardo is currently the 1st. Vice President for the Wisconsin Hispanic Scholarship Foundation (aka Mexican Fiesta). He previously held the position of President for 12 years. Dr Guajardo earned his PhD. from the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee in Urban Studies, Masters in Cultural Foundations of Education also from UW-Milwaukee, and his under graduate degree from Mt. Scenario College (Ladysmith, Wi).

Employment
Dr. Guajardo spent 6 years in the U.S. Army and another 10 years in the active Army Reserve. Upon leaving active duty he worked as an Assistant for McDonalds Restaurants (Conley-Pihos Management Company). Conley-Pihos was one of the largest McDonalds franchisees in the country.
After a year at McDonalds, Dr Guajardo joined the Milwaukee Police Department and retired with the rank of Detective in 2006 after 26 years with the department.
In 2006 after retiring Dr. Guajardo was Hired by Bryant and Stratton College as an Instructor for the Criminal Justice program and within a year, he became the Program Director for the College’s Criminal Justice program overseeing what were then three Milwaukee Campuses.
In 2013 he was appointed as the Campus Director/Assistant Dean for Springfield College’s Milwaukee Campus. Springfield College’s main camps is in Springfield, Mass. And had 10 campuses across the United States.
In 2019 Dr. Guajardo left Springfield College and became the Director for the National Business Education Council leaving the position in 2023.
Currently Dr. Guajardo is the President of Innovative Concepts and Associates, a new a new cutting-edge coaching firm whose purpose is to equip small and medium size businesses with resources that will enable them to operate like large companies.
Dr. Guajardo earned a black belt in Mu do Kwan Taekondo and was an instructor at several martial art schools in the Milwaukee area.
