Griselda Alderate is the founder of Aldrete Law and Consulting Group, a firm dedicated to providing comprehensive legal and consulting services across a wide range of sectors, including sports, corporate, business, employment, non-profit, and government. With a deep-rooted background in social welfare and specialized expertise in mediation, Griselda leads the firm in resolving complex disputes and building strategic, community-centered partnerships.

Her commitment to justice and equity is further shaped by her role as an Adjunct Instructor at the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee, where she teaches social welfare principles and fosters future changemakers. Fluent in Spanish, Griselda is passionate about bridging communication gaps and ensuring inclusive access to legal and consulting services for diverse communities.
