Fueled by entrepreneurs, this FREE seminar will feature a live interview with a strong woman who has achieved success in business or entrepreneurship. The audience will hear her story of success and feel a connection with other strong women on their own journeys, finding inspiration along the way. All are welcome. Join us to connect with other entrepreneurs and get inspired!

In February, as we celebrate the “International Month of Black Women in the Arts”, WWBIC is excited to feature April Harris. April is the CEDO and founder of The Black Arts Council of Racine. In addition, she is the owner of the Art by April Studio, which includes Art by April Unlimited. She is also an award-winning artist, author, illustrator, entrepreneur, and certified therapeutic art coach. April discovered her love of art as a child, and even though she was self-taught, she won many awards. April holds degrees from Gateway Technical College and Upper Iowa University. She is also a 2013 graduate of Leadership Racine and one of Racine Mirror’s 2019 Women of Worth.
