This course will cover contracts that, in our opinion, you are likely to encounter at the start of your business and beyond. Examples include: commercial lease agreements, work-for-hire agreements, non-disclosure agreements, employment agreements, asset purchase agreements, vencdor agreements, and secured loan agreements.
