What Will You Do?

WWBIC volunteers typically work directly with clients in the start-up stage or those currently in business to support them throughout their entrepreneurship journey.

Facilitators and Guest Speakers

Facilitators and guest speakers offer to share their expertise with groups during WWBIC classes. During a 1-2 hour session, you will use prepared curriculum to guide students on important matters to their business and personal success. Guest speakers supplement a formal curriculum with a 30 minute discussion on a specific topic. These volunteers can expect to teach 2-6 times per year.

Mentors

Mentors work one-on-one with individual clients to provide needed services. Often, these services can be expensive for new businesses, but are necessary for their success. We are always looking for passionate mentors in all industries to answer questions and guide entrepreneurs during the first few months of business.

Business Plan Reviewers

WWBIC offers our clients one-on-one reviews of their completed business plans to make sure they are starting their business with the right foundation. Business plan reviewers meet with clients to go through all the needed requirements of plan and guide them to perfection. Bankers, business coaches, business owners and recent MBA grads have great success here!

Administrative Assistants/Interns

Administrative assistants and interns support WWBIC staff in our office. Duties range from basic data entry and reception duties, to advanced marketing, accounting, and development projects.
