Topic: Enable and Support Performance

The objective of this micro-series is to empower founders, leaders, startups, and organizations with the tools and resources to create a sustainable foundation to their business culture. Research shows that a systematically-developed culture leads to greater success. Through building strong foundations, we will be able to build purpose-centered, mission-driven, internally aligned, and strategically strong sustainable companies and startups.

Harnessing, developing, and integrating an impactful and sustainable culture at the forefront of the entrepreneurial process will lead to:

  • Improved Operational Performance
  • Effective Teamwork & Organizational Alignment
  • Increased Productivity
  • Preparation for Growth
  • Better goods and services designed
  • Greater confidence from investors and the market

We are all living in a constantly changing world that involves new technology, new ideas, new problems, and new pressures from every direction every single day. One area that has struggled to evolve is our performance management process. To take our organizations to the next level, we need to re-imagine our approach to performance management, break it down, look at different ways to evolve it, and leverage it to enable performance. Performance enablement can add tremendous value but to gain that value, we must peel back the layers. You have to understand why and how you can do better, which is what we will explore in this session.
