One area that has struggled to evolve is our performance management process. To take our organizations to the next level, we need to re-imagine our approach to performance management, break it down, look at different ways to evolve it, and leverage it to enable performance. Performance enablement can add tremendous value but to gain that value, we must peel back the layers. You have to understand why and how you can do better, which is what we will explore in this session.

Zech is a visionary thinker with an MBA in Organizational Design. He has studied culture, organizational effectiveness and design, and systems change through his MBA, certifications from Bersin Academy and u.lab: Leading From the Emerging Future. He continues his development by diving into studies, education, certifications, and books including a few favorites – Reinventing Organizations, Designing Regenerative Cultures, System Thinking for Social Change, Maps of Meaning, The Art of Gathering, Firms of Endearment, Start With Why, and many more.
