Join us April 23 for Cultural Competency and How to Build a Diverse & Inclusive Culture.

Having a diverse and inclusive culture can be extremely valuable for your organization, but can also be difficult to obtain. Culture is complex, and it takes a level of cultural competency to be able to reinforce a thriving culture. There is a lot hidden beneath the surface, and cultural system design is a great way to help you discover it. The purpose of this workshop is to introduce a tool to stimulate seeing, thinking, and insight. Of course we don’t want to see to just understand, but to use this to act and intervene differently for better results. But having clarity, seeing and understanding is the essential first step for taking effective action. Join us for this workshop to help you reach that level of clarity and cultural competency.
