Partnership Community Health Center is a nonprofit that provides health insurance enrollment assistance and healthcare services for our community.

Our certified health insurance enrollment assisters provide free help so you can:

• Know your options for plans and financial help
• Sign up for HealthCare.gov and BadgerCare Plus or Medicaid
• Use your plan to get the health care you need

Enrollment assisters are not compensated by insurance companies and focus on health insurance literacy to help you maintain coverage and access care. We are unable to assist with Medicare or small group coverage.
