You’ve worked hard to hire and onboard your employee.  You DREAD having a difficult conversation, yet you know you must.  You’ve not done a very good job of documenting anything.  This session will focus on how to make regular performance conversations part of your everyday business culture.  We’ll provide practical tips and tools for documenting those conversations to support employee advancement and disciplinary action (up to and including termination).

Carole Witkowski, founder of Kilowatt Coaching and Consulting, is an action-oriented leadership coach with over 30 years of Human Resource Management experience in rapidly growing small to mid-sized companies. She is dedicated to helping individuals and organizations pivot and achieve meaningful results along their growth journey.  She partners with leaders and teams to help organizations select, engage and develop talent that is equipped for the continually changing world of work.  She is dedicated to helping individuals and teams experience effective communication and problem solving in order to achieve company results and personal goals.  

Carole has influenced organization effectiveness through job design, organizational structure, talent acquisition, onboarding, and total rewards. She has supported company and individual goals through succession planning, assessment facilitation, training and workshops, performance planning, and individual and group coaching.  

Carole’s warm, open style encourages open dialog, curiosity and inquiry, humor, and creative problem solving. Carole is certified as an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) through the International Coaching Federation. She holds a Masters degree in Adult Education-Organizational Development from Alverno College in Milwaukee, WI.
