LLCs & Small Business Owners

This course is a roadmap to navigate individuals through the legal formalities of creating and operating a small business. Attendees will learn about the basic legal entities available in Wisconsin and which option might be right for their business. The focus will then turn towards how those entities are created and which documents govern operations and the owner’s rights and responsibiltiies. The last portion of the course will focus on best practices to follow once a business is formally created.
