Nick places a high priority on seeing things from the client’s perspective and enjoys helping clients achieve their goals. His areas of focus at Levine Lyon & Eisberner LLC include business transactions and litigation.

A Madison native, Nick grew up on the East Side in the Atwood area before moving to New York for college. Prior to law school, he worked in China and conducted research at Nanjing University as a Fulbright scholar. He is fluent in Mandarin Chinese and can assist you if you are a native Chinese speaker.

Nick enjoys being active in the Madison community and is proud to have helped the United Way of Dane County raise over 20 million dollars for local community organizations. He is a member of the Advisory Board of the Wisconsin Women’s Business Initiative Corporation, which empowers low-wealth individuals, women, and people of color to start businesses. Having grown up in a home that took in over 25 foster brothers, Nick takes pride in sitting on the Board of Family Works,  a child-placing agency committed to creating healing home environments for foster children. In recognition of his work with under-represented clients, the Wisconsin Law Foundation awarded Nick the 2017 Belle Case LaFollette Award.
