Meet your facilitator! Mary Jane is a creative adventurer. Her passion for small businesses and branding has taken her to work with organizations from rural Wisconsin to the Pacific Islands. Ten years ago Mary Jane came home to Madison and worked in marketing and advertising for the hospitality industry, Isthmus Publishing, and the Wisconsin Historical Society. She founded MJC MKTG in 2019 to fulfill her unrivaled passion for growing small businesses and startups. In addition to her marketing experience, she draws on her degrees in art and cultural studies to bring brands into focus.

Mary Jane comes from a small business family and loves working with other small businesses. She is an affiliate member of Madison Originals independent restaurant group and co-chair of the Dane Buy Local marketing committee. She also consults for the Madison Public Market MarketReady Program.
