The annual WWBIC Luncheon commenced on December 1, 2020, and provided both moments of reflection and a path forward. Jane Blain Gilbertson is the President, CEO and sole owner of the 43 Blain’s Farm & Fleet stores in the Midwest employing 4,400 individuals…the country store for our rural communities. Former Board Member of Bank One, Johnson Bank and The International Women’s Forum, Blain is a graduate of Miami University.

Naturalicious
Gwen Jimmere is the Founder and CEO of Naturalicious an entrepreneur leading a seven figure business that has created high performing, time-saving haircare products distributed in over 1,200 retail stores including ULTA, Whole Foods and Sally Beauty. Jimmere is a graduate of Kent University.

National Association for Latino Community Asset Builders (NALCAB)
Noel Poyo is the Executive Director of the National Association for Latino Community Asset Builders (NALCAB) a fellow CDFI dedicated to integrating lower income communities and immigrants into mainstream financial services. NALCAB has raised more than $300 million for socially-motivated real estate and economic development projects. Poyo is bicultural and bilingual and graduate of Yale University.
